“LAWFARE“ - The David Ellis Show

In this first episode, David Ellis discusses 'Lawfare': the rules of engagement which British armed forces are required to operate under. David interviews Dennis Hutchings, a British army veteran who faces prosecution for attempted murder over an incident in Northern Ireland in the 1970s, despite having a letter from the government informing him he has no case to answer.
