It's in my Firefox, nothing I put on there. If you have Firefox browser, highlight the word then you will see a little icon, not sure what it is cuz I can't see it well, click on that and a small popup will come up and then you click on the speaker icon. It's not something I put on there so I don't know what it is or where it came from. Sorry.
