As Christians, is it important to follow the old Jewish laws and traditions? Churches like The Seventh Day Adventists are very heavy on putting the emphasise on Jewish laws and traditions. This emphasis is often to the exclusion of the teachings of Jesus (or Jeshua, Yeshua, Yehoshua, or whatever you want to call him). Simple childlike obedience to the Teachings of Jesus can be lost in an obsession with the Old Testament.
