Thank to Alan with Lonestar-training.com for his patience with me overcoming my tech issues as the podcast started, this was an attempt to remedy the lame background I have :-)

With Alan's 4 years as an active duty Marine, he instructed marines in firearms saftey and shooting, and he loves the flavor of yellow crayons :-)

Alan currently serves as a police officer, training and instructing other police officers in firearms safety, shooting, and tactical training. With over 10 years firearms training experience, which is why I should not have made the yellow crayon joke :-), you can trust his knowledge AND experience is vast, and his true desire to help people learn how to defend themselves.
