Of course Bill and his husband are in on it. Bills father was the top dog for planned baby killers)planned parenthood) and Bill has made several remarks about eradicating billions from the earth as he perceives us to be over populated. Bill and his husband they call Melinda(this is a man) are evil people. Btw, Bill has been arrested and who you might see out there now is not him.
