This is a very simple installation. Extra details below.

Tools:
3/8" Rachet
Various length 3/8" extensions
12mm socket
14mm socket
14mm Box End Wrenches (x2)
16mm Box End Wrench
Flat blade screw driver
PB Blaster or equivalent
Propane Torch if needed for bolts.

Applications:
'02-'05 and '08-'10 WRX
'04-'10 STi
'04-'09 LGT
'91-'94 Legacy Turbo
'04-'09 Baja Turbo

Again you'll need to purchase a set of gaskets for install. You can buy from Grimmspeed, and end up cheaper than buying from Subaru. I've found you might want to pick up an additional gasket when installing crosspipe, on the passenger side of the car. The Flange on the exhaust manifold for whatever reason isn't totally flat. After bolting back together, there were no leaks, but when I tested with soapy water and revving the engine, you could fainlty see the soap barely bubbling in the middle of the outside portion of the flange. I installed the second gasket, and this went away..

As Grimmspeed states you can wrap the crosspipe with header wrap, just don't wrap the flex section..
