HK VP9 Review Is It Hype Or A Range Hammer You Need?

Tactical Considerations
Published on 28 Jan 2020 / In Film and Animation

The H&K name is one that has been burned into just about everyone's mind who is into guns from the Iconic MP5 to the USP Tactical they have made some really nice set ups and have been fielded by Special Operators and SWAT teams around the world. But oh how times have changed a company now facing bankruptcy only living on an angel investment from an anonymous share holder, has fallen from the lime light it once held after Op Nimrod. The VP9 was not an overly great performer, but held its own against anything in its class. The feel of it in the hand ergonomically is amazing, it feels like a true extension of the hand where most others feel like a block of plastic. The question is cost, quality, competition?

Cool vid. An this whole time I though that Operation Nimrod was just an extended MP5 commercial.
I got hooked by the HK bug In the late 1980s when I first saw one of their ads at age 8, the one showing a commando repelling down a rock face in the jungle with the quote “in a world of compromise, some don't”.
They gray on your VP9 is super sharp. Since you like gray so much, you’d be well served to look at the Tornado Gray used by Daniel Defense too.
By the way, the USP series is still one of the coolest platforms of all time.
Rock on!
