Fort Lauderdale Shooter Under Mind Control?

Millie Weaver investigates pertinent information that recently came out about the Fort Lauderdale shooter Esteban Ruiz Santiago. The FBI says Santiago previously came to them claiming he was being mind controlled, possibly by the U.S. government or the C.I.A. Santiago admitted to hearing voices which he claimed instructed him to study 'extremist' materials on the Internet. The FBI's counter-terrorism unit had previously dismissed Santiago as a mentally ill person crying out for mental treatment senting him to get a mental evaluation. The real question is, why have there been so many mass shootings where the shooter claims to be under mind control, psychological experimentation and hears voices? Are these simply the ramblings of lunatic gunmen or is there something more sinister at play?
