Foreign Troops In America - Pres Obama_s Executive Order That changed U.S. Law.

Should military or police forces from foreign nations be brought onto America soil to engage in policing or combat with American citizens for the first time in American history? Should this action be authorized at the sole discretion of the President of the United States? Is this even possible under US laws? Well this may shock you... but now it is. President Barrack Obama recently signed EXECUTIVE ORDER 13391 - “The Patriot Defense of Liberty Enabler Act” the latest in a series of Executive Orders to bring the U.S. into “compliance with the United Nations Agenda 21.” This plan will allow the Federal Government to (quote) “assume control of all Federal territory in case of a National Emergency or Civil Disobedience”. In addition, this act will allow the U.N. Troops to assist U.S. Forces when needed on domestic soil. This Executive Order is officially named... “United States Policy on Pre- and Post-Strike Measures to Address Civilian Casualties in U.S. Operations Involving the Use of Force.” It has as one section that is especially alarming because it potentially opens the door to foreign troops being brought onto American land to police and even engage in armed combat with American citizens. I quote the relevant section Section IV... “maintain channels for engagement with the International Committee of the Red Cross and other nongovernmental organizations that operate in conflict zones and encourage such organizations to assist in efforts to distinguish between military objectives and civilians, including by appropriately marking protected facilities, vehicles, and personnel, and by providing updated information on the locations of such facilities and personnel.
Basically this means that the signatory nations would help each other quell insurrections and it turns all federal territories over to the UN Agenda 21. In case of a national emergency or civil disobedience the authorized to enforce civil order and under what rules? Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced at the United Nations that her office would be working in several American cities to form what she called the Strong Cities Network (SCN), a law enforcement initiative that would encompass the globe. This smacks of the well know concerns of a New World order. That concern, held by many people is that a secretive power elite with a globalist agenda is conspiring to eventually rule the world through an authoritarian world government which will replace sovereign nation-states. Proponents of this philosophy believe many influential historical and present figures have been have been part of a cabal operating through many front organizations. Their purpose is to orchestrate political and financial occurrences and influence world events in an ongoing plot to achieve world domination. They speculate that the New World Order is being implemented gradually, citing the formation of the U.S. Federal Reserve System in 1913; the League of Nations in 1919; the International Monetary Fund in 1944; the United Nations in 1945; the World Bank in 1945; the World Health Organization in 1948; the European Union and the euro currency in 1993; the World Trade Organization in 1998; the African Union in 2002; and the Union of South American Nations in 2008 as major milestones. Do we want foreign goons policing American citizens at the whim of a would be dictator President in the United States?
Being constrained by the Fourth Amendment and other limitations of the Constitution and federal laws that protect the liberty and privacy of American citizens is what prevents law-enforcement and its controlling government authority from becoming tyrannical. It starts with the seemingly reasonable quest for nations to share information and tactics to defeat international terrorism. But where does it end? Does giving the President of the United States more power to decide what is civil unrest and who the enemy is with no restraints on his or her authority something that will make our nation safer? Or could it have the exact opposite result? Is this more evidence of an international power conspiracy... the New world order?
