While I share the concern and the unconstitutionality, separately this looks to be the same thing as an external thermometer and stethoscope which doesn't tell you why your temperature is high or why your heart rate is slow, just like a thermometer we know we need to see a doctor if our temperature is high. This thing looks cheap to make and as smart as a thermometer, stethoscope etc. rolled into one.
On the concerns of EM radiation like 5G, this would need to be looked at more closely to verify but there was no mention of the system sending any kind of electrical radiation at all. The presenter says the measurements can be done with sensors (like night vision goggles can see heat without emitting anything). The only emission mention was ultrasonic (sound) not electromagnetic and this was only used to detect the person height to move the sensor, not perform diagnosis. Hence like thermometers, stethoscopes, etc. this machine is to simple to be classified as a medical device. I see no physical harm from this machine if as stated there is no EM radiation present and it is all sensor-based.
Essentially, this is like TSA sticking a thermometer in your mouth and you must be under a certain temperature to pass. Which is still a Constitutional argument!
If the TSA argument and justification is safety, then our argument, petition, bill, and eventually law is to make it optional. e.g. Flight 302 uses TSA if you are concerned about safety.
OUR CHOICE.
So my question is will you protest to no avail like the Dems were taught, or will you put the protections provided by the constitution to use? Thanks to the Constitution, WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO CHANGE LAWS.
