Cyclone Amphan: Garbage Bin The Only Shelter For Bengal Man

With no place to go during Cyclone Amphan, a mentally disabled man in West Bengal's Asansol, took shelter inside a garbage bin. He was discovered by locals the morning after, on 21 May, as he ate stale food from the bin, next to a dog.
