Congress To BAN Large Capacity Magazines??

HR 4052, submitted by Rep. Elizabeth Esty (D-CT) looks to BAN magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, nation wide. The Bill also looks to BAN the transfer and possession of these magazines, so no grandfather clause either.

Violations of this Bill would be punishable by 10 years in prison.
