This is BAD for Joe Biden. If the media actually covered the race fairly, Joe would have probably dropped out by now. Joe Biden claimed to have 3 degrees and that he graduated in the Top of his class. He is Fact checked and found that he graduated #76 out of a class of 88 in the bottom of his class and did NOT have three degrees and much more - or should I say "less"........

Joe Biden literally plagiarizes a British speech almost word for word in 1988. Unfortunately this would not be the last time.
