BREAKING: Five cops shot in Houston, Texas

Five police officers were shot in Houston, Texas on Monday night during a drug-enforcement related operation. Governor Greg Abbott (R-Texas) called the attack a “solemn reminder of the brave sacrifice” of law enforcement “to keep us safe” and vowed “swift justice to those involved.” One of two suspects was shot dead at the scene and the other was apprehended and in treatment for injuries.
