Looking at a budget Beretta blaster, the 92s. These early guns have great triggers and are excellent shooters with a couple quarks.

I like the versatility of the A3 model, allowing folks to use the vertec grip but I still prefer the original grip design.

Converting and model 92/M9 platform with a decock lever is cheap and easy and it eliminates any concerns about the inadvertent decock and “make safe” issues.

I like DA/SA guns so I think it’s an excellent setup.

Ernest Langdon proved multiple times that you can win championships with DA/SA Berettas.

After holding the vertex I'm torn. I kinda like it, but I like the original design too. They both fit pretty well. The compact with the vertex is almost too small IMO though. If I was going compact I definitely think I like the original.

Very cool gun. I like the decock lever on that example.
I tried not to like Berettas because I didn’t want to follow the heards that adored them when they came out. Then I shot one and was hooked. One of the most comfortable and ergonomic autos I’ve ever experienced.

I'm still kinda a CZ fan boy, but I think I might need another Beretta or two around here.
