Bellingrath Gardens Slideshow

From a small box of lantern slides found on a dusty shelf in an antique store....how they got to Albuquerque from Alabama will remain a mystery. But back in the early 1900s, before moving pictures became possible and practical, lantern slide shows were a widely popular form of entertainment. Since the Bellingrath Gardens were (and still are) in Alabama, I've set the show to "Alabamy Bound," an old banjo piece. The images probably haven't been seen in decades....but are no longer Almost Lost.
