ATF Letter On Vertical Grip - Case Law From 9th cir 2001 - Us v Fix

I'm running an AR-style pistol with a pistol lower, 9" barrel, Tailhook Mod2 and Law Tactical folder. With the brace extended, I'm at 27.75" OAL.

When I saw this come out last week, I pulled my BCM Gunfighter 3 off the foregrip before going out and shooting. At this point, I agree with you, TwoFeather. I'm putting the foregrip back on and I'm just going to rock it, and the ATF can suck it. I live in Missouri, and the state has no laws against what I'm doing, so the feds can just suck, suck, suck it.
