What my friends & I do to prevent catching this crap is to simply take 30 to 50mg of zinc a day, wash it down with about 4ozs of tonic water, and keep our D3, C, and A levels up. Due to my age and the other vitamin supplements I take, I average about 52mg. of zinc, about 1,000mg of C, about 15,000IU of D3, and whatever A is in the two senior vitamins I take; plus, an extra 800IU of E.Many of us are seniors; and, none of us use masks. We don't even worry about "social distancing," much less hiding out in our homes. NONE of us have caught that bug (to the best of our knowledge; since, we refuse to take a highly inaccurate and potentially tainted "test"); or, if we have, we've been totally asymptomatic.
