Afghanistan explosion: Taliban kills at least 10

The Taliban is claiming responsibility for a large explosion in Afghanistan's capital, which has killed at least 10 people. The group says it was targeting a foreign forces convoy. The blast shook windows and doors in an area close to foreign embassies and government buildings in Kabul. Al Jazeera's Akbar Shenwari reports from Kabul.
