Aero Precision is offers nice options for those who are looking to build on a budget without sacrificing quality. This upper receiver is the next in my venture to find what length and brake I want to to with for my new work rig. The 14.5 Aero barrel with the pinned and welded Epsilon VG6 brake is a nice one. Being the brake is pinned and welded it makes the overall length 16 inches making it rifle legal. The VG6 products are great an this epsilon does an amazing job, but does become a fire breathing dragon depending on quality of ammo and powder.

Aero Precision is a Washington state company and is offers nice options for those who are looking to build on a budget without sacrificing quality. This M4E1 upper receiver is the next in my venture to find what length and brake I want to to with for my new work rig. With a 14.5 inch Aero barrel with the pinned and welded Epsilon VG6 brake is a nice one. Being the brake is pinned and welded it makes the overall length 16 inches making it rifle legal. The M4E1 has sleek lines and a set screw rather than the roll pin for the forward assist, which can be a pain to install for many first time builders.

The VG6 products are great an this epsilon does an amazing job, but does become a fire breathing dragon depending on quality of ammo and powder. And what I mean by mouth breather is that she spits fire on rapid fire for sure. There is a little bit of flash back but nothing unexpected for a brake of this type and form. Aero has put together a great items that is rifle compliant but shorter than a 16 with the break but about 1.5 inches, which makes a difference in tight areas. Of course if you’re using the pistol lower none of the length issues will matter.
