Case update - case was dismissed March 1, 2019.

This is truly a sad day for the court system. This guy acted as if it was nothing. I looked up the rule and it is true you do have a right to a continuance if you ask for it. This guy was wrong right from the jump.

This person had absolutely no regards for the rights of the citizen. All he was interested in doing was getting revenue. He willfully misrepresented the truth concerning this matter. Idaho does have and can grant continuances under Rule 6(c) of the Idaho Infraction Rules. Fine work for a public representative especially one from the Courts - NOT!
