2005 Suzuki RMZ450 Kick Starter/Clutch Side Assembly 03 (Las Vegas) 06-10-2020

Towards the end of the video I showed bending the lock washer tab over the clutch hub nut. The video clip showed one end of the channel lock jaws inside the bore of the transmission shaft where the clutch push rod comes through. This is not how I actually did it nor should you! Do not place anything inside the bore that may damage it. I bent the lock washer off camera and kept one of the channel lock pliers jaw on the outside of the hub locking nut flat and the other jaw on the bendable washer tab.
