Calls of distress to police that went up to over 13,000 in four days in violence-hit northeast Delhi went unanswered. The intensity of calls kept going up as the hour passed but to no avail. Does this expose police inaction? The Delhi violence over the contentious citizenship law left 42 dead and hundreds injured.
