If the bureacrats, lobbyist, & politically connected special interest groups supporting Arkansas issue 1 cared about roads, The Arkansas Department of Transportation
wouldn't be spending less than 10% of their annual budget on maintenence,
they wouldn't have wasted $50 million dollars on a Communist China owned Paper mill in Southwest Arkansas & other pet projects
they wouldn't have pushed for scam special election tax increases for "tourist dollars"
they wouldn't have blocked bills like HB1300 that funded highway repairs without raising taxes in the last legislative session
they wouldn't be trying to change the Arkansas Constitution to make a $293 million tax permanent that they had promised would expire in 2023
And if they cared about roads, they wouldn't be acting as if the bad roads in Arkansas are due to YOU not paying enough taxes

If you care about roads, vote NO on Arkansas Issue 1 in the November 2020 election. and urge others to do the same.
